These general conditions of sale govern the sale of products on the website thymetea.com, between ThymeTea Home | thymetea (yodni984.wixsite.com)

Object

The purpose of these general conditions of sale is to define the terms and conditions of sale between the seller and the buyer, from the order until delivery.

Acceptance of Terms

These general conditions of sale are accepted by the buyer as soon as he checks the box “I declare that I have read the General Terms and Conditions” (before validation of the order). The buyer thus acknowledges having read these general conditions of sale and accepts them without reservation.

Products

The products offered for sale are those presented on the site thymetea.com and are sold while stocks last. The seller reserves the right to modify the assortment of products offered for sale at any time.

Price

The prices of the products are indicated in euros, all taxes included. Prices are those in effect at the time the order is placed. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Order

The order will only be final after confirmation and receipt of payment. Accepted payment methods are: credit card, PayPal and payment in advance by bank transfer. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons, in particular in the event of a dispute with the buyer over a previous order.

Delivery

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the buyer when placing the order. The seller undertakes to deliver the products as quickly as possible. Any delay in delivery does not automatically entitle the buyer to cancel the sale or claim damages. The company currently delivers to the following countries: Luxembourg, Belgium, France and Germany at the following transport and travel costs:

standard delivery in 1 business day
free delivery from 50 €, otherwise delivery costs of 5€

Belgium, France, Germany:

standard delivery in 2-3 business days
free delivery from 75 €, otherwise delivery costs of 10 €

Right to Retract

The buyer has a period of 14 calendar days from the day after receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The customer will, however, have to bear the costs of returning the product. During the withdrawal period, the consumer must notify the professional (preferably in writing and by registered mail in order to be able to prove compliance with the withdrawal periods or on any other durable medium) that he is exercising his right of withdrawal.

Intellectual Property

All elements of the thymetea.com site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents. They are the exclusive property of the seller.

Litigation

In the event of a dispute between the parties, they undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing this, the competent courts will be seized. Applicable Right
